Title :  ROLE OF TINOSPORA CORDIFOLIA (WILLD.) MIERS., (GUDUCHI) IN THE TREATMENT OF INFECTIVE HEPATITIS
Abstract :      Twenty patients of infective hepatitis (jaundice) were given four tablets (500 mg each) thrice a day, orally with fresh water for 4 weeks. Comparison between before and after treatment of these patients showed that (Tinospora cordifolia (GUDUCHI)) plays an important role in relieving the symptoms as well as normalization of altered liver functions. The majority of cases i.e.15 cases (75 percent) were cured and 5 cases (25 percent) improved after treatment with Tinospora cordifolia (GUDUCHI).
